Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 4-5 working days. For overseas orders we advise 10-15 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
Back Orders All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and you will be offered an alternative product or later delivery date.
Tax Charges The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of despatch in its original "Unused Condition" and we will refund the product price. If the item is faulty within 28 days we will provide a replacement product. This will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
