| Dr Foot Golf Insoles (pair) |
At Dr Foot we understand how important balance and stability are to technique. And how they have a direct bearing on the two most elusive aspects of many golfers games, control and distance. Besides stabilizing your feet during your swing, Dr Foot Golf Insoles make your feet more comfortable and your legs less prone to fatigue. And you know how critical that can be during one of those five-hour rounds. Dr Foot Golf Insoles control excess pronation and significantly reduce the shearing and stretching forces which can cause heel pain, foot pain, knee pain, shin pain, hip pain and lower back pain. This is why runners and golfers have found these insoles to be so effective. Features: Designed to be worn in golf shoes and normal working shoes. Made of flexible E.V.A with a supportive poron heel cushion. Features a built in 4 degree medial posting which is active in the correction of foot and ankle alignment. The design also absorbs and dissipates the jarring shocks of heel strike that can cause fatigue and cumulative trauma to the joints of the feet, legs and lower back. Being of 50 shore hardness, this firm density material compensates for increased pronation forces Dr Foot Golf insoles are resilient and therefore will not "Bottom out" or compress. No sweat synthetic suede cover with fore foot ventilation. The insoles are unisex and are available in three sizes, Small (shoe size 4-6), Medium (shoe size 7-8), Large (9-10). The insoles are durable and are designed to last approximately 12-14 months. Cutting Instructions The insole is retailed in three different sizes and needs to be trimmed using the guidelines provided on the base of the insoles for an exact fit. *Identify the left and right orthotics. Turn the insoles over and place them on a flat surface with toes facing away from you. *If a manufacturer insole is already in the shoe, remove it. If you desire, you can use this as a template to assist in cutting. *Using a sharp pair of scissors, carefully trim the base of the insoles along the guidelines one line at a time. *Place the insole in the shoe and if the insole is not a perfect fit, trim the next guideline until your Dr Foot Insoles fit perfectly. Traditional Treatment Insoles have been used for years to help people with foot pain. Traditionally when we think of insoles or orthotics we think of a hard plastic insert that is placed in the shoe. It cups the heel and supports the arch but because it is not flexible and it does not extend the full length of the foot. This tends to make this type of orthotic uncomfortable and ineffective for many people. It also repositions the arch using "Brute Force" Because it is not flexible it forces the arch into it's correct position but does nothing to relieve the pressure that is forcing the arch to collapse, causing the foot or leg pain in the first place. This type of hard plastic orthotic can actually cause increased pain in patients, which is the reason why we have recommended the Dr Foot Insoles for the treatment of over pronation and foot pain. They provide a flexible yet incredibly supportive and stable treatment. Testimonials "I have dropped 4 handicap points from 17 to 13 since I started using the Dr Foot Golf Insoles. Not only do I play better, but I have more energy and I don't have to take pain medication for my back before and after each round. Dr Foot Golf Insoles allowed me to play better while getting the fitness my doctor told me I needed." Kevin smith, Yorkshire UK ![]() "Thanks for the relief! I have fallen arches and osteoarthritis in my ankles, and before the introduction to your insoles I had many problems walking. Eighteen holes of golf was difficult and I was always sore afterwards, today 18 holes poses little problem...As I have had many problems with my feet and ankles I was quite interested (and sceptical) about your product. After trying them I have found them to be great." Donna Mickleson, California USA ![]() "I would just like to say how impressed I am with your product. I was a little sceptical of any product being able to cure my back pain (I tried everything) but after only 2 weeks wearing your insoles, my back pain is gone. I can run and not have my lower back hurting during and after my run. It was incredible. My back and hip were giving me so much grief and now I don't even notice it." Andrew Easton, Surrey UK ![]() "I had been experiencing pain in my ankles and the balls of my feet for 18 months, at 48 years of age; I had assumed the pain was due to old age and too much sport when I was younger. The pain was at its worst when I was playing golf or walking in my business shoes. I had wasted a fortune buying different pairs of both golf and business shoes, I had also tried many different insoles in my shoes, none provided any relief. I was at a point where I could no longer complete a round of golf, let alone compete. I decided to do some research on the Internet and came across the Dr Foot website, although sceptical, I decided to buy a pair of Dr Foots work insoles and for my golf shoes, Dr Foots sports insoles. The results are amazing; over a three week period wearing the insoles in my business shoes and golf shoes the pain gradually eased and has now completely gone. I then conducted my own experiment and decided to wear my business shoes without the insoles for a day, the pain returned within hours; luckily I brought the insoles with me and popped back into my shoes. The Dr Foot insoles are magic; I am buying a pair for all of my shoes." Bill Duff, UK ![]() |
