i have a numbness right up the outside of my big toe. and when i strech my feet i have a sharp very sore shooting pain right down my toe wot could this be

You will need a diagnosis from a chiropodist/ podiatrist. You need to rule out ingrown toe nails, hallux rigidus (stiff shooting pain in first toe), gait (walking) problems, neurological conditions that can cause this type of pain ie diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis.
