the top of my left foot is really painful, i have not done anything to it for this to be happening.
i am getting intense throbbing in the top of my foot and am also getting shooting pain down my ankle in to my foot. i am finding it extremely hard to walk/drive with it. my foot is not bruised or swollen so my only guess is that i have what my mum has which is broken bone fragments because we have both got alot of weight leaning on our feet all day. when u touch the foot it hurts too. the only way i can describe the intense painful feeling is the same as when you get a sprained ankle but in my foot!!

i have looked at some foot Neuroma but it isnt that because it is in the top of my foot only and not in connection to any of my toes.
please help asap!
