on my smaller foot i have been getting over an ingrown toenail had it for over a year so done alota limping now it's allmost 100%

i have started running and am getting pain on the inside of the foot starting in the big toe and goes up the Metatarsus and ending at the at bones seperating the metatarsus to the heel

Hello,

If I understand correctly the ingrown toe nail is no longer causing pain. However, you are getting pain in medial arch region (arch of foot). If so then this is very common in runners and requires sports insoles to provide support to the ligaments and structures
