i woke up yesterday morning with a pain on the side of my foot the pain was bearable and i could still walk with a slight limp then when i got up today i cant walk on my foot and there is a throbbing pain i havent banged my foot so dont know why there is no bruising or swelling foot is just slightly red were pain is

Have you been bit by an insect? You say there is a small area of redness this usually indicated local damage either via a bite or even tendon damage. Visit your doctor for an examination.
