Hi

I do quite a lot of martial arts as well as a fair amount of juggling and as such I'm usally bare foot. But I keep splitting the skin at the base of the toe. Usually on the toe before the little one (pinky) and the middle one. Obviously this isn't to great for training because the more I train the bigger the split gets and more dust and things from the floor get caught up in the sore.

Is there any special foot care that anyone can suggest. Will a moisturiser help the situation?

Any help or suggestions would great. Thanks in advance

If the split is being caused due to sweaty feet then try callusan fresh to stop excessive perspiration. If not then try a powerful moisturizer called flexitol heel balm, this will prevent future splitting of the skin.
