The conservative treatment options are physiotherapy, massage and orthotics. You have tried some of the above with no success. There are surgical treatment options but I have referred a few patients recently to have acupuncture for there numb heels. They have reported a total cessation of symptoms. Acupuncture is an alternative treatment option which I have little knowledge of but if it works the all must be good!
