MY DOCTOR SUGGESTED TAKING STEROIDS TOWARD MY HEELING PROCESS AND IM  A LITTLE SKEPTICAL AND I WANTED OTHER PEOPLE GOING THRU SAME PAINS OPINION

I think your referring to hydrocortisone steroid injections in the heel to reduce the inflammation. These injections provide temporary relief but do not address the long term problem. I would recommend insoles before you try this injection, as it can be VERY painful.
