I have a patch of tiny red bumps on the tops of both my feet. On both feet the rash is closer to the big toe side of my foot and pretty much right in the middle between my toe and ankle. It's not terrible itchy, but I've had it for over a month now. I haven't switched soap or detergents so I can't figure out what the cause is.

You need to see a chiropodist, the rash could be a fungal infection but your description is rather vague and therefore you need to be examined by a professional.
