Hi. I had a small pimple on my big toe. It faded and left a small dark area of skin. I now have several of these pimple/pustules, they seem to be like a spot you'd have on your face, but more level with the skin surface. They are dim yellow, are near the nail, and are tender. And look awful! Should I squeeze them? Or put something on them? I have had them on occasion before, but not 5 at once! Help! Many thanks, Claire.
