i have had toe nail fungus and i am using troysil nail solution half of my big toe is yellow how long should it take to work.  can anyone recommend if the nail should be filed down and what is the best way of getting rid of it.  when i saw a chiropodist he said the tablets have bad side affects so i am scared to death i will have liver probs  on the other hand i want this fungus out of my life.  i wash my feet everyday apply troysyl nail solution and athelets foot powder and i keep my feet in sandals around the house  but i noticed my son had a ringworm on his arm i keep my towells separate but i dontknow what to do.  are there any success stories out there please help
