Hello. I'm a male, 35, 165lbs, don't exercise much except for house chores, etc. On the inside of my left foot, just under my ankle bone that sticks out down there, I feel a tendon/muscle that runs down from the ankle bone. It's been sore the last few days, though I don't remember injuring it.

BTW-I'm a "joint" cracker- that is I feel the need to deliberately crack several joints of my body (knuckles, knees, ankles, and toes). I crack my knees by straightening them. I crack my ankles by rotating them, and crack my toes by curling them down.

Any thoughts as to what the pain may be? I'm thinking I may have pulled it cracking my angles, maybe in my sleep. I've been restless/anxious lately and tend to crack more in though times.

Thanks.

Sounds like you have damaged the tendon :(  You need to visit a doctor for a physical examination to establish the extent of the damage to the tendon or bone.
