About 2 months ago I started experiencing pain (mostly left, sometimes right foot) whenever I stand up and start to walk. Very rarely do I have the pain when I am sitting or laying. If I keep walking on my feet the pain will go away eventually. It is a dull pain, like you have been walking on your feet for days and they are sore. Not a sharp pain. Any clues?

Try and give an exact location of the pain? After injury? Type of sports you play? Shoes you were? Time spent on feet?

Not sure if there is an exact location, on the bottom. The pain is most noticable when I first stand up. Once I take a few steps the pain dulls and eventually I don't notice (or feel) any pain. No real active sports. I try to walk for exercise and had been doing some light aerobics. I started the aerobics after this pain had started. No real injury that I can remember. Pain is in heels and side of foot...
Thanks
