For the past 6 years, my right foot has had a burning sensation if I stand or walk for more than 30 miunutes.  It was bearable during the first year or two, but over time, it has gotten so bad that I can no longer walk or stand on them.

Within the past year, my left foot has developed the same feeling and same magnitude (despite its shorter time interval).

I have tried seeing a couple of doctors, but they can't seem to diagnose the problem.  I have no calouses or blisters and there is no physical sign of damage whatsoever.  However, I do tend to get this burning feeling in my feet when my lower back starts to ache (associated with a spinal problem I've had for the past 2 years now); I'm not sure if my foot pain has anything to do with my back, but it's just to let you know.  It's not just the ball or heel, but the entire bottom of my feet burns.  Please help.

A few years ago I treated a patient who suffered spinal damage from a car accident and was suffering from the same symptoms. Burning feet at all times which progressively got worse with time. There are creams that will help to relieve the pain in the feet but you may need to seek advice from a back specialist.
