i am a waitress. I am middle age, of course my feet alot. my feet feel a little tired at the end of the day. But not to bad.... During a foot massage I noticed a sensitive area located right were my arch is.  I felt a very small ball, not hard, just soft to the touch.  It has been about 6 months and the tissue has grown into a larger ball.  It doesnt hurt when I stand on my feet, just when I put pressure, against that lump, that has now developed to a bigger ball... 7 years ago, i had foot surgery to remove a sewing needle.  Could it be scar tissue.. ?

It could be scar tissue but without a physical examination and all the appropriate tests, it is not possible to give you a definitive answer. You need to visit a podiatrist/ chiropodist for an examination ASAP.
