we are currently waiting on our new improved model of the dr foot gel plus, these will be instock in these next 3-4 weeks. The arch support will offer greater stability and the level of forefoot comfort has also been increased in the new model.

If you want to wear an arch support or gel insole, make sure you buy shoes that are at least half a size larger. I buy my shoes a size bigger because feet swell when all the distances and I have orthotics. The socks are also a factor - if I wear thin socks, my shoes feel a little different than with a thick sock athletics.

Flat feet in children is a difficult condition to recognize when they're very young, since baby fat often hides the true shape of the foot.

Ok first you need to rule out any bony damage, snowboarders can suffer from stress fractures. If you do not have any bony damage than it could be mortons neuroma, this is when a nerve in between the metatarsals becomes swollen.

People who experience foot pain and tired feet from standing or walking on hard surfaces for extended periods may find relief from shock-absorbing insoles designed for comfort.
