About a month or two ago, I clipped the toenail on my left big toe. I clipped it too far back and it pulled of some skin on the side of the toe. It swelled up, which was normal, and I left it alone. But then it began to puss and it didn't seem to heal up correctly. Now all it does is continue to puss, and the puss dries over the area like a scap.Plus the puss has a smell to it, as well. It hurts sometimes to even walk and it doesn't seem like it is healing. And it does bleed when it is stumped or someone steps on it...mainly because I guess it is an open wound or sore. The side of up my toe is swelled...by that I mean the skin is swelled and sticking upwards.
Anyone have any suggestions? And no, I havn't been to a doctor because I don't have health insurance. |
