I wear down my shoes really badly on the outside edge - especially on the right foot. I often , after exercising - particulary running, experince a pain in the outside edge of my foot. I am confused having done the wet foot test, as the evidence above suggests i have high arches, but i believe my feet are normal. Can you advise?
