Hi
I have had bunions since I was 12 years old. Probably due to general musle weakness, a head forward posture and both parents also had severe bunions and crossover toes. Now age 50 I have noticed that my toe next to my big toe has started to contract and looks like it will gradually cross over my big toe, is there anything I can do to halt this? I wear orthotic insoles which helps with general foot pain.
