I dropped a 3/4 inch piece of plywood on my toes I had some pain but everything look ok unil the next day. I had a fluid build up between large toe and the one next to it. Went to urgent treament center to have xrays and release the fluid. The Doc did so and put a bandge on it and sent me home. The next day I had more fluid build up and I took care of that one the same way as Doc did. My questions is can i soak my foot in a salt water solution? Are what is the best thing to do?

Thanks
