I had a PNA on my right big toe about 8 months ago and for the most part have been really pleased. My left big toe also needs doing too incidentally but more recently my right big toe is still a little sore at the base of the nail making me have second thoughts about a PNA on my left big toe.

I was thinking about biting the bullet and having both nails completly removed for good. I play a hell alot of sport, Tennis, basketball, football and work as a gym instructor and worry that with no nail football will be 'different'

Without nails will kicking football be painful in anyway?
