| can anyone tell me what i can do. my feet are very sweaty and really smelly offensive even to myself with shoes on. at the same time my heals are cracked to the point of fissures that bleed and hurt. What can I do? lotions for the heals make my feet even more smelly and sweaty. I also get itchy very itchy. sprays for athleets feet dont help. |

try to consult a doctor with your condition, I used before anti perspiration deodorant specially made for excessive sweating and it was very effective for me.
