|
|
I am experiencing a very sharp pain at the back of my heel. The pain is centered around the area where the top of a shoe or trainer would be and is certainly worse in the morning or after rest. It does not seem to be in the tendon but more the heel bone. If it were planter fascia problems would I not be feeling pain on the soul of the foot / heel?
Is this a spur or the result of a spur?
I do play a lot of squash ( 3 / 4 times a week) and do try to stretch out before and after playing |

| The pain may be at the insertion of the achiles tendon. You may find the silicone achilles heel pad may provide relief. Make sure you stretch for about 15-20 before you play squash and 10 after also your trainers need to be tight and provide adequate support and cushioning. |

Many thanks for your reply. Looking at the Diagrams of the foot the pain is located at the insertion point. I am using a heel pad and things seem to be improving daily - I have a club final coming up so fingers crossed!! |

i also got a pain on my heel, my work required always to walk..during working, i dont feel the pain but the problem is when i got rest for an hour, there is a pain on my heel coming..What happen on my heel?
So its seems that whan my feet is on work, the pain gone but when i rested it for 30 minutes to 1 hour, there will be a pain on my heel. Then when I go back to work, i will still feel it while walking and after 20 minutes its gone again, maybe just a little pain will be there
