Several months agon I fell of a pair of pumps and landed on the arch of my foot. Sometime later on I noticed a knot. It didn't grow much until lately and now it's bigger. It doens't hurt unless I walk alot or wear heels. What could I have done to my foot?

Without physically examining your foot it is not possible to be definitive, however a lump after a foot injury often indicates scar tissue. Visit a podiatrist for an examination.
