I recently started hiking and noticed that after a while into the hike, I start getting a sensitive feeling , wouldn't really call it pain, under my big toe (both feet) right about where the toe bends.
The rest of my foot is fine on the hikes, aside from just being sore. I also noticed that when I look at the spot where I get that feeling, a calus is forming.
What is causing this, and how can I correct it? I have good hiking shoes with superfeet (green) insoles. I don't mind having a calus, I just don't like the way it feels during the hike, kind of annoying.
Thanks! |
