I have had problems with my right heel for as long as I can remember. I was a dancer, soccer player and swimmer all my life until about 5 years ago. I always had a callous on my heel which eventually grew and cracked open to a growth. I have had 2 surguries from my podiatrist to remove the growth and both times it grew back. It is painful sometimes, especially when I work out or run. I am unsure if it is a wart or just some unidentifiable growth I seem to be the only person in the world has. I am very self conscious about it and always try to keep in bandaged in hopes it will become flat and disapear one day. Please tell me if you have any clue what is happening to my foot!

Have you had a biopsy? You need to have a small section of the growth examined under laboratory conditions to ascertain the structure and the type of growth you have. I see many different types of growths in clinic and some are very difficult to treat and may require surgery. If your podiatrist removed the growth via surgery it should not have grown back again.
