Hey Sufferers,
It comes as a sort of relief to learn that I am not the only one suffering from a mysterious pain in the arch of the left foot. This started only about six weeks ago. Sure, it came about at a particularly sressfull period in my life The damn thing feels like a trapped nerve. I am in my late 50's been doing Hatha Yoga every morning since 1970. Always eat the the right food and have always done a lot of walking.It's got nothing to do with my shoes because I wear the right shoes with insoles because I have flat feet.
Is there someone out there who can HELP? |
