I discovered a small lump on the front of the wrist. I believe this lumped developed due to excessive weight lifting at the gym. I am not sure if it is wrist ganglion or tendinitis. I can move my wrist without pain. Even since I discovered this lump I have stopped lifting weights since 4 days ago. I would like to start lifting weights ASAP but at the same time I don't to damage my wrist further.

My question is: Is there an easy way to diagnose my condition without the need to see a Doctor?

Thanks.
