I wrote an earlier post regarding my torn foot ligaments, thank you for your reply.Since writing I have encountered a new problem. yesterday I slammed my foor into a chair while walking in the aircast. It hit the cast not my foot but since then my ankle, the sides of that foot, and the arch of my foot is really hurting. Could I have jammed it and done more damage then I already have? I am super frustrated as I am trying to get this healing process underway.I iced the anle last night but it is still super sore. Any suggstions you could give m would be appreciated?

thanks a lot

You are having bad luck! I can not really say what kind of damage you have done without a physical examination and possibly more x-rays.
