Please note that the delivery costs will be added manually to your order and will not be present on your invoice. Also due to currency fluctuations the price of the dollar may increase or decrease in relation to the pound.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to fulfil U.K orders within 4-5 working days. For overseas orders we advise 10-15 days. If the order is available and required urgently we can discuss alternative shipment details. Should a product be out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and you will be offered an alternative product or later delivery date.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on our pages are the same for all people regardless of their country of purchase. All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of UK taxes (VAT) at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Dr Foot is a information portal and provides information and advice on a host of foot conditions. The products sold on www.drfoot.co.uk include a 25% consultation fee if advice is sought for via email or by telephone, this amount wil be added to your invoice but a discount will be applied to the cost of the products.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption, and transferred using SSL encrypted technology. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of dispatch in its original "Unused Condition" and we will refund the product price. Returns Policy

If the product is returned due to packing error, administration error or if the item is faulty you are entitled to a full refund within 28 days. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs, we do not supply return envelopes. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days to be eligible for a partial refund. All incorrectly ordered goods or unwanted products are subject to a 10% restocking charge, please note no carriage refunds can be given for returned, unwanted or incorrectly ordered products. Returned orders must be unmarked and resalable, damaged goods may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund issued. Refunds are processed within 28 days from receipt at our offices and we will let you know by email when your refund has been processed. It is recommended to return your goods via recorded delivery.

Exchanges

For exchanges please send the product back to our offices for an exchange with a covering note quoting your order number, product required, name and address.To be accepted for exchange, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging, documentation, manuals/inspections and all parts and accessories. Any item that you receive with tags must be returned with all tags intact and attached. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way. Footwear and insoles must be in their original, unworn condition with no marks or wear and tear visible. Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements may be subject to a damaged goods fee, qualify for a store credit, or be sent back to you with no refund or exchnage issued. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.

Lost Orders

If an item has been shipped and has not arrived after 10 working days (UK mainland), or 15 working days (Europe & Overseas) from the date of dispatch, please contact our customer services team who will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail.

All orders are scanned and bar coded so that they can be tracked during the delivery process. All lost or missing orders are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. If an item is not traced a replacement will be dispatched which will require a signature on delivery. If a replacement is unavailable an alternative product or refund will be offered.
